We originate, underwrite and close all the transactions that we agent for our participants. We always retain a majority of the investment in each loan and we never participate out more than 50% of a particular credit facility. First Capital services all the loans we originate. As evidence of our confidence in our loan portfolio, we are willing to retain a subordinate position in the loans we participate, in return for a small pricing concession.
