CREDIT UNDERWRITER
Under the direction of a Sr. Credit Underwriter, this position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing senior secured commercial loan transactions submitted for consideration from prospective clients. Will direct due diligence efforts including authorization and review of initial field exam, and prepare credit memorandums. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial loan underwriting, preferably in middle-market asset-based lending. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred and formal credit training is a plus. Also requires strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Prefer CPA and field examiner experience as well, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
This position is primarily responsible for managing assigned account relationships, funding and establishment of new accounts and oversight / review of activity on assigned accounts to insure quality of collateral and accuracy of information. Position requires prior account management experience, success in managing account relationships and knowledge of accounting, auditing, and credit underwriting. Must be able to work independently, manage account relationships and demonstrate excellent decision making capabilities with minimal guidance and supervision. Prefer prior Factorsoft experience.

COLLATERAL ANALYST
Work with Account Executive to identify / implement collateral monitoring requirements and frequency based on account type, status and activity along with monitoring commercial loan collateral and reporting compliance for selected portfolio. Knowledge of asset-based lending and collateral lending principles (accounting experience, QuickBooks and Stucky are a plus).

VERIFICATION ANALYST
This position is primarily responsible for scanning, maintaining and documenting all data / paperwork associated with commercial finance closings in our electronic filing system along with processing files sent to Account Executives for their review / approval and noted accordingly. Position requires prior data entry/customer service experience in a production environment such as loan closings, etc. Strong MS Office experience with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are required for this position.
