FIRST CAPITAL PROMOTES JOHN NOONEY TO
REGIONAL MANAGER, SOUTH CENTRAL REGION

ATLANTA, Ga. And BOCA RATON, Fla., March 12, 2009 – First Capital, a leading financial services firm, announced today that John Nooney has been promoted to Regional Manager, South Central Region located in Atlanta, Georgia.    

Prior to becoming the Regional Manager in 2009, Mr. Nooney served as Portfolio Manager in the Los Angeles office and, later, in the Atlanta office. 

Mr. Nooney joined First Capital in 2007.  Before joining First Capital, Mr. Nooney worked at a number of major financial companies, including Capital Factors, Heller Financial, GE Capital and GMAC Commercial Finance.

John W. Kiefer, Chief Executive Officer of First Capital, stated, “John has done an extraordinary job as a portfolio manager for both the Los Angeles office and the South Central Region.”  Mr. Kiefer went on to say, “It is with a great deal of confidence in John’s skills that Brian [Cuttic] is turning over the Regional Manager position in the South Central Region to John.”  Mr. Cuttic was recently promoted to Southeast Regional Manager, Financial Services.
