FIRST CAPITAL RELOCATES MID-SOUTH REGIONAL OFFICE IN ATLANTA

ATLANTA, Ga. and BOCA RATON, Fla., May 5, 2010 – First Capital, a leading commercial finance company specializing in asset-based lending and factoring, announced today that the company has signed a multi-year lease for office space in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Mid-South regional office, previously located in Kennesaw, GA has now relocated to 3350 Riverwood Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia. The office is managed by John J. Nooney, Executive Vice President and Mid-South Regional Manager. The office services clients and develops new business primarily focused in Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
